T H E -- E I F F E L -- T O W E R:

    1070 feet.
    Over 200,000,000 visitors.
    7330 tons.
    1660 steps.
    The tallest building in Paris.

The construction of the Eiffel Tower had taken place from 1887 to 1889, and had been named after its designer, Gustave Eiffel. The most recognizable symbol of France, the most visited monument in the world.

Celia was visiting it now. Her blonde hair pulled from her face, her makeup carefully applied, she walked in a walk that was more of a strut than a walk down the Champ de Mars, her stiletto heels clacking on the pavement. She wore a half smile on her carefully tanned features, greeted random strangers she passed on her way with an airy "Bonjour!", but her eyes stayed only on her destination, the aforementioned tower.

There was something going on at Headquarters; something top secret, so of course she didn't know about it. Her lower rank of Agent prohibited her from learning too much about this plan, whatever it was, but Celia realized something was going on. 00 Agents and Operative Agents whispered together in small groups, the Head and Second being even more secretive than before, and mentions of Big Ben and the Eiffel Tower everywhere.

It had come to the point that she felt she had to go to one of those places and try to figure out what was happening. She knew some higher Agents had headed to Big Ben recently; that would have been her obvious choice, if getting information was her only goal. However, it wasn't.

The fashionista's face broke into a full smile as she reached the Tower. Her green eyes scanned the iron framework, the line outside the tower, the signs in every language. A hot dog vendor yelled something at her French; Celia would have ignored him even if she could understand French, and barely blinked as the vendor yelled something else at her before turning back to his hot dogs. She strained her head back, shading her eyes as she tried to see the top of the tower. She took several steps back, her head still tilted back. It was several feet before she was pleased with what she'd seen, and retired to a bench to watch the world pass by as she planned what stores to visit first.
